Thank you for choosing our services. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for payments made for our service bookings.
By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms below.
Refunds are provided under the following situations:
If you cancel a booking before the service is confirmed,
→ You will receive a full refund.
If you cancel after service confirmation,
→ Refund will be issued after deducting applicable visit or processing charges, if any.
Once the technician reaches your location:
→ Visit charges are non-refundable, even if the service is not taken.
If a prepaid service cannot be provided by our team due to internal reasons (technician unavailability, technical issue, etc.),
→ A full refund will be processed or you may choose to reschedule.
After the service has been completed,
→ No refund will be provided, unless there is a proven service defect (see Section 3).
No refund will be issued if:
Incorrect service request was made by the customer
Customer denies service on arrival
Customer is unreachable or unavailable at the service location
Customer provides wrong address or information
Safety concerns prevent service execution
Customer violates Terms & Conditions
If you face any issue with the completed service:
You must report it within 24 hours of service completion.
Our team will investigate the issue and try to resolve it by:
✓ Revisit
✓ Repair/rework
✓ Replacement of defective workmanship (if applicable)
Refunds for quality issues will be provided only if repair/rework is not possible.
If eligible, your refund will be processed within:
5–7 business days for online payments
The amount will be refunded through the original payment method used during booking.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Refunds will be issued only through:
The original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, wallet, card, etc.)
We do not offer refunds in cash.
